The ValYou Awards
Following the success of their global brand strategy launch, Chubb set out to establish a recognition programme to celebrate individuals within their 12,000-strong workforce who embody the Brand Values through everyday actions and behaviours.
To address this, we developed a comprehensive campaign featuring a bespoke visual identity and naming strategy. This design approach aimed to reinforce Chubb’s core values and significantly boost engagement with their inaugural global award scheme.
