Following the success of their global brand strategy launch, Chubb set out to establish a recognition programme to celebrate individuals within their 12,000-strong workforce who embody the Brand Values through everyday actions and behaviours.

To address this, we developed a comprehensive campaign featuring a bespoke visual identity and naming strategy. This design approach aimed to reinforce Chubb’s core values and significantly boost engagement with their inaugural global award scheme.

Our design strategy for ‘The ValYou Awards’ was rooted in reflecting Chubb’s deep commitment to its employees. We visually articulated this through the clever wordplay in ‘ValYou’ and by centralising the audience within the wordmark, symbolising their importance. To further build brand familiarity and reinforce the connection to Chubb’s values, we integrated the five corresponding brand colors into a vibrant and cohesive visual system.

We developed a comprehensive suite of multi-channel assets including teaser, launch, and reminder materials, to ensure a successful global rollout. These deliverables, spanning posters, intranet graphics, and animation, were designed for local adaptation and resulted in over 300 nominations and widespread employee inspiration.
