MGA Group Values

The primary objective was to forge a unified visual language for MGA Group’s new core values, ensuring immediate recognition and fostering a shared sense of identity among employees across both MGA Ideas and TwoTails Productions.

To address this challenge, I initiated the design by working closely with CEO Damien and Creative Director Colin. I developed a series of custom graphics by strategically weaving in distinct visual styles from both companies to visually represent their  organisational culture and consolidate their brand identity.

To honour both legacies while forging a distinct MGA Group Identity, we created a style that combined MGA Ideas’ crisp, geometric forms and TwoTails’ organic, illustrative elements. The set of custom iconography uses a consistent stroke weight with representations that draw from abstraction to bridge the two existing styles. Each value are represented by a pair of colours picked from each brand to ensure the new visual system felt both familiar to existing employees and fresh as a representation of the collective.

We designed key collateral to drive value integration and adoption which included welcome brochures, presentations, and social media posts, crafted to introduce our group values to newcomers and business partners. We also developed social templates specifically for showcasing how these values were being lived out, from quarterly meetup engagements to new employee-of-the-month nomination criteria, thereby actively embedding them into the company’s daily culture.
