The new website needed to establish a clear, trustworthy digital presence that effectively communicated CAA International’s new social enterprise status and updated service offerings. Crucially, we needed to provide a seamless and secure user experience, optimising for compliant data capture while ensuring intuitive navigation and access to critical information for diverse users.
I collaborated with FourthQuarter to bring the site to life. Through competitor analysis, usability audits and mid-fidelity wire framing, we were able to streamlining user experience by limiting the informational components used and unify interaction patterns across the site to enhance clarity, pacing, and ease of navigation.
